Your bank shows you how much money you have. HiCash shows you how much you can actually spend, after accounting for rent, bills, installments, and everything else that will still come out of your balance.
The video is in Spanish. It loads from YouTube only when you play it.
Because the other $320 is already committed, even though it is still sitting in your account. That's where many money problems begin: your balance looks sufficient, until the payments arrive and suddenly it isn't.
HiCash calls this Available — the money you can actually use without putting upcoming payments at risk. It's the first thing you see when you open the app.
Just tell HiCash what money comes in and which payments repeat. You don't need to record every coffee, purchase, or everyday expense to see what your money will look like later. You can add one-time income or expenses whenever you need to, while recurring transactions are automated and projected on your calendar.
Add your regular income and expenses: rent, bills, installments, subscriptions, paychecks, and other recurring transactions. Enter the amount and the day they occur.
HiCash calculates how much money you'll have each day of the month. It doesn't just show you what you have now — it shows you what you'll have left after each payment.
If your money won't be enough at some point in the future, HiCash shows you exactly which day it happens and how much you're short. You see it before that day arrives, while you still have time to make a decision.
When a shortfall day appears, HiCash can show you different ways to cover it: postpone a contribution, reduce it, move a payment, or use part of your savings. It also shows you the consequence of each option.
You're $12 short that day.
The day is covered, and your goal is delayed by four days. That's the cost of the decision. You know it before you make it.
HiCash doesn't require an account or a connection to your bank. Your financial information is stored on your phone, and the app works without an internet connection.
HiCash doesn't use advertising and never sends your income, expenses, goals, names, or amounts to us: if you turn on the Google Drive backup, they go to your own Drive, not to us. Only the technical information needed to detect and fix errors is sent, along with an anonymous usage summary. It does not contain your financial amounts or anything you write inside the app. Everything is explained in detail in our privacy policy.

You can record one-time expenses whenever you want, but you don't need to do so to use the projection.
It starts with your current balance and, day by day, adds and subtracts the transactions you've entered according to their dates.
When your projected balance drops below zero, that day appears in red.
HiCash doesn't try to guess your expenses using averages. It calculates the projection using the amounts and dates you enter.
